Individual therapy is one of the best investments you can make, it’s an investment in yourself. While we can appreciate how childhood coping strategies served to protect you, we can also recognize that they might be holding you back. It’s time for a change.
I view therapy as a space to explore, process, and gain a deeper understanding of oneself. It is a place where healing happens. We typically meet once a week and work to understand what is getting in the way of living a fulfilling life in which you feel grounded, confident, and happy. I’m here to listen, be curious, provide emotional support, sometimes offer a different perspective, and to help build new skills.
